Dribs & Drabs ...

Wow! I can't believe how long it's been since I did a post! Would you believe that I've been hip deep in editing? Well, maybe not hip deep, but definitely working on it! And it's coming along, slowly but surely! I'm about half-way through, tweaking and refining. You know - all the things you do to make a first novel bearable to people other than your family!

And now I've also added prepping for the upcoming When Words Collide, at which I'll be doing three presentations and moderating a couple of panels! Talk about being outside a gal's comfort zone!!! But both panels actually have people signed up to sit on, including Ed Willett on one!!!! OMG!!! You could have knocked me over with a feather when I saw that!!! Ed is absolutely awesome - both his writing and in person! He's also the reason that I started attending WWC, back in 2018! Thanks Ed!

This year's festival is charging full steam ahead, and embracing being virtual even more than last year! And there are so many awesome and amazing presenters lined up - it's going to be impossible to take in all the sessions! They'll publish online this year's Program probably by the end of June, or early July. Registration will once again be free of charge. Last year the virtual format attracted visitors from all around the world - I was totally pleased and surprised by the lady from South America who took in one of my sessions!

I'll post more on this year's Festival after the Program is finalized, but here's a bit of a teaser as to some of the Presenters: Julie Czerneda! Faith Hunter! Jonas Saul! To just name a few! Oh, Be Still My Heart !!!
